The Greenbrier leadership Institute has graduated hundreds of students from our programs. Students have unique leadership development requirements in that they must often lead in situations without formal authority. Typical leadership roles for students may include leading in classroom project teams, various clubs, at school events, on athletic teams, and community related activities. The special requirements of such leadership roles are addressed in all the programs we design and deliver for students.
